PSPCL ALM Recruitment 2024 Salary/Pay Scale

Upon successful completion of the probation period, the selected candidate for the PSPCL Assistant Lineman position will receive an annual package ranging from Rs. 76,800 to Rs. 242,400. Additionally, candidates will be entitled to various raises and benefits as per the PSPCL Assistant Lineman Salary Structure 2023.

The Corporation adheres to government rules in determining the salary, with the initial salary for PSPCL Assistant Linemen starting in the range of Rs. 6,400 to Rs. 20,200, along with a grade pay of Rs. 3,400. Increments are granted to candidates upon the completion of the probation period.
