Punjab Board Class 5 Datesheet – Important Guidelines For Students

• Class V Annual Examination March 2024 will be held in morning session.
• Exam will start from 10:00 am. The duration of the examination will be 3 hours, candidates are given an additional time of 15 minutes to read the question papers.
• 5th class examination will be held in self examination centers only. Question papers/booklets of differently abled candidates will not be sent by the office. The examination of candidates with exceptional ability will be conducted at the school-level.
• Practical examination of Health and Physical Education subject will be conducted on 15-03-2024 (Friday) at school level as per the convenience of examinees, question papers of this subject will not be sent by the office. The record of the marks obtained in this subject by the respective schools should be kept at the school level so that it can be verified if necessary.
• The center superintendent should note the date of the practical examination to all the examinees for giving the practical examination.
• The marks of practical subject test will be sent to the board office through the app within three days from the date of commencement of the practical test.
• The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the examination center premises.

• ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਮਾਰਚ 2024 ਦੀ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
• ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ 3 ਘੰਟੇ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ,ਪਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ 15 ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
• ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਸੈਲਫ਼ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ ਪਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੱਤਰ/ਬੁੱਕਲੈਟ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ ਪਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਕੂਲ-ਪੰਧਰ, ਤੇ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
• ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਮਿਤੀ-15-03-2024 (ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਪਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਕੂਲ-ਪੱਧਰ, ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਸਕੂਲ-ਪੱਧਰ,ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਣ ਤੇ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
• ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸੁਪਰਡੰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਨੋਟ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
• ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਅੰਕ ਐਪ(app) ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬੋਰਡ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
